Is your Application paid or free?

Our mobile application is free to download on the App Store and Google Play.

Where do you currently deliver orders?

At the moment, our service operates only in Minsk, Belarus.

Over time, we plan to expand our delivery area.

You can find out whether your address is included in the delivery zone in our Application.

What are the delivery terms?

Delivery is carried out by our service Couriers.

There are 3 delivery options available:

  • Express delivery. This option is optimal for the most demanding Customers, when they need to receive the desired product in the shortest possible time.
  • Scheduled delivery to the selected address at the time selected in the Application when placing an order;
  • Delivery to the order pick-up point. In this case, the Client independently picks up the order from the pickup point at the selected time.

What does the order cost depend on?

The cost of the order consists of:

  • cost of goods or prepared meals;
  • delivery costs.

Shipping on your first order is free.

The cost of delivery may also vary depending on the distance of the Client and the workload of the service.

How can I pay for my order?

Payment can be made:

  • in the Application when placing an order;
  • in cash or by bank card to the Courier upon receipt of the order.

We accept Bank cards of Belkart, Mir, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro payment systems.

The order amount is reserved on the card and debited after delivery.

I want to cancel a paid order. What should I do?

The cost of the order will be returned to your bank card.

The term for crediting funds depends on the conditions of your bank and is no more than 14 working days after cancellation of the order.

You can find out about the refund from your account statement on the bank’s website or application, as well as from SMS, if you have activated SMS information from the bank. If the money has not been received, please contact your bank.

Am I sure I will receive my order on time?

Our Couriers always strive to deliver orders on time, but sometimes minor delays may occur (for example, due to difficult weather conditions, traffic jams, high workload of the delivery service).

We will try to notify you of possible delays.

You can track the status of your order in your Personal Account of the Application, in the “My Orders” section.
